Mark’s career began when his company was selected to participate in Austin’s 2015 TechCrunch pitch-off competition. As a result, his company and project were absorbed by BalanceCXI. Mark became the manager of business intelligence for BalanceCXI’s Zacoustic platform, an enterprise-level customer experience calibration software. Through coordination with international business intelligence teams and C-level executives, Mark helped increase process efficiency and improve multiple KPIs for clients such as Transcom North America and Comcast. After Zacoustic, Mark became a software analyst for the National Credit Union Administration. During his time at the NCUA, Mark helped design and implement software infrastructure for the program used to catalog, organize, and analyze liquidated asset portfolios in excess of $800 million. Mark studied Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona.
